You have got started and want ongoing sparring without hiring internally.

Standard retainer

DKK 22,000/month

Basic plus fast response (4-hour first response), quarterly strategy review (90 min), access to the EnterpriseIQ agent library (white-label).

Best when

You are actively scaling and need AI as part of your operating system.

03 / 20 hours/month + executive sparring

Strategic retainer

DKK 28,000/month

Standard plus dedicated 1-1 sparring with CEO or IT lead (monthly), board-readout drafts as needed, access to a private replica of our own operating system.

Best when

AI is on the board agenda, and you want a peer advisor who keeps up.

Questions

What we are most often asked

What if we do not use all 20 hours one month?
Hours do not roll. That is a deliberate rule: the retainer is about having capacity available, not about banking hours. If you consistently do not use the hours, we should talk about scope, Basic retainer may be the right fit instead of Standard.
What is the response time?
Basic: 24-hour first response on Mattermost. Standard: 4 hours during Danish working hours. Strategic: 4 hours plus a direct phone number to Jesper for critical situations.
What happens if we terminate?
30 days written notice after the first 6 months. You own all work delivered, audit trail, prompts, flows. No lock-in. We do a final status review and handover in the last month.
Can we upgrade mid-retainer?
Yes, from Basic to Standard or Strategic with 30 days' notice. Downgrades only at quarter shift. The difference between tiers is priority and access, not hours (all tiers have 20 hours).
